ZPDI is a billing clearinghouse that processes charges on behalf of operator service providers as well as long distance carriers that provide service for hotels, motels, hospitals, payphones, universities, and correctional facilities. The purpose of the ZPDI website is to further extend the services the company provides. It offers a way to contact customer service regarding questions on clients’ phone bill for charges billed by ZPDI. The customers may also obtain customer service support by dialing the toll free number located on their phone bill. It also offers answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about the products and services.
